INDIGOTIQUE designs are all about uplifting your heart & soul through textile art. The aesthetic? Haute funk; freeform textile collage art with a splash of sophistication.

Fashion is a powerful form of self-expression, creativity & personal empowerment. It can give us the confidence to embrace our spirit without apology. When we dress in a way that speaks to our soul, it becomes a celebration of self.

My work is inspired by all of you who like their style with a little wonder. We are kindred spirits—creatives who have absolutely no interest in doing things like everyone else. We thrive on positive vibes & feel a sort of spiritual bond with color & form.

My name is Nell. I am the artist/designer for INDIGOTIQUE. With a passion for nature, textured cloth & mixed-media collage textile art, I take a combination of new & reclaimed materials & create artcycled fashion & accessories. I have a special place in my heart for denim & my work is intended to show the pure artistry of handmade. Raw edges, abstact paint ideals & eclectic elements are combined with love.

SUSTAINABILITY-SHARING-CARING

I am dedicated to maintaining a relationship between producing art & maintaining a dedication to sustainability. I use a mix of vintage, thrifted and new supplies. All vintage & thrifted finds are thoroughly cleaned & sanitized. Some are even sun-dried. Eco-friendly supplies are a staple. Most shipping materials are reusable/recyclable.
 Note:  5% of all company profits will be split going to rainforesttrust.org and doctorswithoutborders.org. They are causes that I feel are worthy of recognition, appreciation & aid.
  

My smoke free home studio is located on the beautiful South Shore of Long Island in the state of New York.
